How do I move the tool around on my desktop?

On your desktop (not over the tool itself), right-click in a blank area, then uncheck Arrange Icons By > Lock Web Items on Desktop. Once unchecked, you the window borders will appear when you move your mouse pointer over the tool. Click in the window title area and drag the tool to the desired location. Recheck Arrange Icons By > Lock Web Items on Desktop to "freeze" the tool in place (optional, but recommended).
